Custom Plastic Manufacturing: From Small Runs to Full Production — What to Expect

What Is Custom Plastic Manufacturing?

Custom plastic manufacturing means producing parts and products designed specifically for your application — from the shape and dimensions to the material formula and wall thickness. At Eco Plastic Injection, we handle every step in-house, from mold design to final production.

Working With Small Runs

Not every client needs 100,000 units. We work with businesses at every stage — from startups testing a new product concept to established brands launching a limited product line. Our machines range from 90 to 825 tons of clamping force, giving us flexibility to run small batches without compromising quality.

Scaling Up to Full Production

When you're ready to scale, we scale with you. Our facility in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora can increase output to meet growing demand. Because we're located right at the Mexico-U.S. border, logistics are simple — your parts cross into Arizona with minimal delay.

What to Expect During the Process

We start with a design consultation to review your part drawings or samples. From there, we produce or source the mold, run test shots for quality approval, and move into full production. Throughout the process, you'll have direct contact with our team — no middlemen, no confusion.
